The Neighborhood

Parking: Large open parking, no named spots, never never an issue with multiple cars.

There is a bus stop nearby to take you to so many areas if you don't want to drive.

BUT you are in WALKING distance to so many amenities including 6 restaurants, one grocery store, 2 Spas, 2 Pharmacies, multiple community pools, a playground next door, a park, tennis / pickleball courts, walking/biking paths and a few bars! Yes we really mean WALKING Distance to all of these!!!
When you get home from the beach, shower and head out for the evening and walk home.

Important Information

In the warmer months, you can choose between the beach, pools or tennis.

Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day with some extra some years.

Chatham Pool: May 26 through September 4, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Parker Run Pool: May 26 through September 17, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Adult swim: Wednesdays, 5 to 9 p.m.

We love DOGS and allow well behaved dogs < ~50 lbs with approval.
The community is very dog friendly with doggy waste stations throughout the community.
If you plan on travelling with your dog, after you book, please send us the dog size and breed.
(Sorry, can't have cats at the house due to owners allergies)

We love our FRB Rental Property, and would ask you to take extra special care if you have your dog to make sure there isn't unneeded wear and tear on our home. Please take extra time to clean up after your 4 legged friend and care for our home as you would want someone to take care of yours.

We have a dog bed and bowls you can use and usually have some snacks for your pet to welcome them to our home! We ask that your beloved dog stays off furniture and beds, please use the dog bed provided or bring your own that they love to snuggle in.
While we love to accommodate dogs, the $50 additional stay fee allows our professional cleaning crew ensure the place is 5 Star ready for the next renter.

Rehoboth/Lewes Condos
We stayed in two different furnished FRB Inc. rentals for close to two months while our permanent home was being built. Our experience was positive and we highly recommend contacting this company when you need a short or long-term temporary place to stay in Lewes or Rehoboth Beach, DE. Owners are great people always available to answer questions and make your stay memorable. Top notch amenities. Close to shopping, restaurants, and Route 1 - the main Hwy. connecting the beach communities.

Great stay!
We had a great stay. We loved the style and comfort of the condo as well how thoughtful Fil and Rich were as hosts. It was the perfect set-up for us and our two young daughters. Also, the location was great, especially relative to the pool and grocery store. We hope to stay again! Thank you!

Absolutely Lovely!

Cozy abode, plenty of space.
We had a wonderful stay at this 3rd floor condo nearby Lewes beaches. We stayed with our two children and two dogs which this cozy abode gave us plenty of space. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa and patio Adirondack chairs. We loved walking around the community and splashing in the community pool which is a super short walk away. The playground is also in the field next to the complex so staying here with kids is a breeze. There is a lightly traveled road and some sort of construction site that is next to the neighborhood offering a little noise but not offensively so. Everything was super organized, we were able to cook most of our meals with no issue, and appreciated the myriad of local restaurant options when we didn’t want to cook. If staying with dogs in season and need beach recommendations- Broadkill is dog friendly though parking is super limited and cape henelopen is great at herring point walk out.

WOW! 11 out of 10!
I am not really one to write reviews, but I decided to on this occasion. My girlfriend and I typically only take 1 vacation per year… and this year we decided to switch things up and head down to Lewes, DE. We stayed in 2 bedroom condo (which is owned by Rich and Fil) and my initial reaction was “WOW” everything that was advertised was spot on. The amenities that Rich and Fil provided was above and beyond what we expected. Everything is within a 10min car ride (beaches, bars, restaurants) they also provide pool passes which is all within walking distance of the condo. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and very cozy. I can’t stress this enough… everything they advertised was available at your disposal. Without a doubt in my mind we will be returning next year, 11/10 rating I highly, highly, recommend booking your next vacation through (Rich and Fil) you will not be disappointed.

Extremely Clean
We enjoyed our short stay in Rich and Fil’s place and hope to come back again. They truly have thought of everything and we love how dog friendly it is. It is extremely clean and well taken care of. They made us feel very welcomed. It was like a home away from home!!!

Well stocked, great communications!
We really enjoyed our week here! Super clean and hosts had great communication. Location made for easy access to several local beaches and Cape Henlopen park. My kids enjoyed using the tennis courts and pool when we weren’t at the beach. We also appreciated that we could bring our little dog along and the provided dog bowls. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking dinner and a local Weis grocery store was within walking distance (as well as several restaurants). We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again from Rich and Fil.

Above & beyond with their thoughtful accommodations!
Rich and Fil went above & beyond with their thoughtful accommodations! Their place was spacious for a family of four and there was still enough room for everyone to be in their own area. We brought our groceries, and the use of the fully equipped kitchen spared us any extra expense; from pots & pans, to seasonings & oil…and even an infuser!
We had the run of the place 🙂 The laundry area was also a plus, and detergent was provided, though we had our own. Beach chairs and pool towels were also provided, and again, such a thoughtful touch! I cannot say enough about this place…there was even a next day checkin to ensure we settled in nicely! And we sure were! If you bring a pooch, there were treats ready & waiting, along with a bed, and I believe bowls; though our Cupid is quite picky😆
Rest assured you will be well taken care of if you book with Rich & Fil! We will definitely be back!!

Well stocked kitchen
They have thought of everything here, which makes for an excellent place to stay. The kitchen was stocked with spices and appliances and the TVs and internet were all perfectly set up. Be advised it is a third floor walk up but as long as you can handle the stairs, it’s absolutely worth it!

Condo community is great for walking around!
My girlfriend and I stayed in the condo for a long weekend. The little community where the condo is located is great for walking around (we brought our dog) and has a few restaurants, but not too busy. The condo itself is very comfortable and we enjoyed spending time there when we were not at the beach. The little details were much appreciated, like the well-stocked kitchen, bathroom necessities (good conditioner/shampoo, toothbrushes). You could tell the owners really thought about the visitor's experience hanging out in the condo. Would be a great spot for family or couples for a beach getaway. Owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with when questions came up.
