Important Information
Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Rehoboth and Lewes Beaches, this modern townhouse puts you right in the middle of everything. You're across the street from the movies, walking distance to groceries, Starbucks, liquor store, outlet shopping, Jersey Mike’s, Marshalls, Petco and more!
In the warmer months, you can choose between beach days and the community pool.
Pool is in quick walking distance and is usually open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day
We love DOGS and allow well-behaved medium-sized dogs with approval.
If you plan to travel with your dog, after you book, please send us the dog’s size and breed.
(Sorry — no cats due to allergies.)
We have a dog bed and bowls you can use, and we a few treats to welcome your pup!
Please keep dogs off the furniture and beds — use the provided dog bed or bring their favorite one.
There’s a $50 additional dog fee to allow our cleaning crew to make the home sparkle for the next guest.
