His wonderful wife, Filomena, who goes by “Fil”, is a Realtor (in PA & DE) and an amazing cook with an Italian flair and flavors. She is the influence for having a full kitchen setup in all FRB Rentals for all those who share in her cooking passion!
Rich & Fil live in the Philadelphia area and spend a lot of time in the Rehoboth/Lewes area. Their love the Delaware was the reason why they started their real estate investments here. Both Rich and Fil love to travel and live life to it's fullest and spend time with their family, "Bear", their 4-legged rescue Shepherd/Hound mix, and “Tulip”, a snuggly Mini-Bernedoodle..
