First off, Rich and Fil are a pleasure to do business with. Professional, responsive and proactive with reaching out to make sure our stay is the best it can be. We have stayed in multiple properties they own/manage, and they are always spotless and well appointed. As an IT professional, the various goole based streaming options, wi-fi, computer access etc are a plus, and not one I usually see elsewhere. We will be booking a future visit in 2026!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this first floor condo in Rehoboth Beach. The condo is clean, spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood and has 2 pools nearby. Our hosts are extremely kind, generous and accommodating. They are attentive and quick to respond to our emails or text messages. The best thing about staying at any of the FRB Rentals, is that the hosts provide everything that you can think of to make your stay more comfortable, from shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Tide pods, dryer sheets, hair dryers, makeup remover pads, tea, coffee, and the list goes on and on. We love renting from Rich and Fil and look forward to staying at one of their condos in the future.

The apartment was well stocked with everything needed and the hosts were always available. Location is a quick drive to boardwalk and numerous restaurants.

This condo has all the bells and whistles. No amenities are left out. The owners provide everything and more you will need for your stay including two computer work stations. Very spacious and plenty of free parking. Excellent location close to abundance of restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

This was a perfect location and condo for our needs. My son was in a baseball tournament. We were close to the beach, his ball fields and the community pool was just a few steps away. There were several restaurants close and the well stocked kitchen also made it easy to stay and cook in. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing family summer vacation spot. Thankfully, we found Fil and Rich’s place for a busy holiday week. I am a clean and neat freak and I have zero complaints about the cleanliness. Everything was pristine and we loved the beachy, yet minimal decor. Fil and Rich go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to feel at home while on vacation. They provided beach/pool towels and chairs and bathroom toiletries. The kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking equipment you might need, plus cooking and food/drink prep essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable, firm but you sink right in. I love the touches of quality from the bedding to the shower curtains. You can tell that they’ve taken their time to think about their guests. They provided us a sweet treat upon arrival and were accessible and quick to respond. Plus they were so sweet! We loved it and plan on coming back next year.

Fil and Rich were the perfect host and this AirBnB was immaculate. Also, it’s in a perfect location to the beach, shops and restaurants. My family is still raving about this place and we can’t wait to go back. Trust me, it’s 10 thumbs up!!!

The most adorable condo! The decor was beachy and light. Everything was clean and pristine. The condo had everything we needed!! The owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions. We hope to come back for a longer stay.

Four of us recently stayed in this excellent property for a 3-night stay. Property is a first floor, fairly large 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a well-stocked kitchen. It was impeccably clean and offered all the necessities you could ever need on a vacation. The layout was perfect with a cozy porch overlooking the lovely pond. There were even rose bushes in bloom outside the porch. Communication with the host was always thorough and prompt. Overall, our experience was perfect! We would highly recommend this property for a relaxing, care-free vacation!

The place was well represented in the pictures. It was very spacious and homey. They provided a guidebook that directed us toward activities and restaurants in the area and it was very easy to communicate with them! Great experience, will definitely be looking out for other places that Rich and Fil are hosting!
