We get asked often, FRB? What does it stand for?
FRB started in 2016 when Filomena and Rich started investigating various business ideas, starting with brewing beer. So (F)il and (R)ich (B)rewing was started - FRB.
FRB grew into the overarching branding for us (including FRB Home Services for real estate, FRB Vino for wine making) and as we built our beach rental business, FRB Rentals was born.
We pride ourselves in creating amazing, affordable, vacation experiences that allow for our guest to relax and enjoy their vacation, knowing the basics and more are taken care of in a fully tech enabled modern rental property.
Rich grew up going to Rehoboth Beach every summer from 6 years old on.
As an adult, several friends moved to Lewes & Rehoboth Beach and Rich continued to visit every few months for 30 years.
Rich & Fil have been visiting Lewes & Rehoboth for many years together, tracking, learning the rental market and launched the FRB Rentals investment portfolio.
